Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease or line your KPKitchen Silicone Muffin Baking Pan.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar on medium- high speed for 5 minutes. It should be thick, fluffy and pale in colour.
Next, add your egg and continue beating until fully incorporated. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add your vanilla and beat to combine.
Reduce the mixer speed to medium and begin slowly adding the flour mixture. Alternate adding the flour mixture and the milk. Scrape down the bowl as needed and beat just until combined.
Divide the cupcake batter evenly, filling each cavity roughly 2/3 full with the KPKitchen Batter Dispenser.
Bake for 30- 35 minutes. The cupcakes are done when the edges become golden brown on top or an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to KPKitchen’s cooking rack.
