Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare your KPKitchen Stainless Steal baking pan.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream your butter and sugar. Add your vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Next, slowly add your flour and mix until a dough forms.
Sprinkle the surface where you will be rolling the dough with flour.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thick.
Use desired cookie cutter shapes and place cookies on your prepared cookie pan at least 1 inch apart.
Bake for 9- 10 minutes. Note, don’t allow the cookies to brown too much around the edges or they won’t be soft.
Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes and then transfer them to your KPKitchen stainless
steal cooling rack.
While your cookies are cooling, prepare your buttercream icing.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Once your cookies have completely cooled, add your icing.
